Tesla Inc. is a multinational American clean energy and automotive company. The company started in 2003 and was founded in headquartered in San Carlos, California, US. Now the company has headquarters in Austin, US. The company sells, manufactures, and designs solar shingles, solar panels, grid-to-home-scale energy storage devices, electrical vehicles, and related products. Tesla was started in July 2003 by Marc Tarpenning and Martin Eberhard and named it Tesla Motors. The company was named Tesla as a tribute to Nikola Tesla. The company was joined by Elon Musk in 2004 and was the biggest shareholder of that time and in 2008, he was made the CEO of Tesla.
Tesla’s logo is a good example of minimalization as it uses a letter as a denotation and the name of the company. We think that the red color should have been a bit darker. Since the company is about green energy may be this is why they haven’t darkened the red color. The company doesn’t tend to change its logo in the coming years.
