Stutz is also called Stutz Motor Car Company founded in 1911 by Henry F. Campbell and Harry Clayton Stutz. The company’s headquarters is in Indiana, USA and was closed in 1939. The company used to manufacture luxury and sports cars. The company won several races at events like the 24 Hour of Le Mans.
The company was previously named as Ideal Motor Car Company and then in 1913 it was merged with Stutz Auto Parts Company. The company got closed due to The Great Depression. The company manufactured 39000 during its lifetime. The company was revived in 1968 as Stutz Motor Car of America and manufactured neoclassic automobiles. The company still exists but in 1995 the company stopped producing vehicles in factory.
