This is the third logo of Skoda. The logo is a 6 nested circle. The first is a thick dull orange layer with white gradient at the bottom. The second and the third layers are orange and black. The fourth is a black layer with white floral design. The top and bottom of the fourth layer has orangish skin color filled circles making a separation between the floral design. The next two layers are again orange and black. The last layer has royal red color fill with letters L&K designed in dull skin color.

This is the second logo of Skoda. The logo is a customized fancy badge in light brown color with thin black outline. The logo has a white design in the brown part. Slavia is designed is red with black outline on a white background in a stretched oval with black outline. Below it is a customized shape of a chord in white with black outline and it has a brown colored bow. Below it is a red banner with black outline and has text “Laurin & Klemet” followed by “Mlada Boleslav”. These words are designed using the same font type with a color scheme of brown and black.

This is the first logo of Skoda. The logo is a 4 nested circle. The first is a thin grey layer, followed by a thick skin colored layer and the third layer is black. The last layer has black lines making a wheel. The last layer has another 2 nested circle in brown with yellow color fill. The yellow part has a left diagonal rectangle in light and dark pink color with a word designed in its center “Slavia”.The brown circle is basically a branch with green leaves. The bottom part of branch has a black floral design. The top and bottom of the first three layers have squared badges with dull black and skin colored pattern with a floral design.
The badges have yellow colored parts; the badge designed on top has text “V Laurin & V Klement”, these words are stacked on top of each other – these are the names of the founders. The bottom badge has text “Mlada Boleslav”, it is a city in Czech Republic. Slavia is a cultural group based in Czech and the founders are related from this ethnicity. The wheel represents the bicycle wheels since the company dealt in this product then. The leaves and the branches are added for aesthetic look. All the words are designed are in uppercase using customized Calibri Body font type.
Skoda Auto is an automobile manufacturing company based in Czech. It was founded in 1925 by Vaclav Laurin and Klement. Its headquarters is in Mlada Boleslav and the company also deals in electric vehicles. Skoda was first named as Skoda Works in 1859 and it dealt in arms. In the 20th century, the company was considered the biggest and the largest industrial conglomerates.
This company was founded by Emil Skoda and it is the predecessor of today’s Skoda companies including Skoda Transportation and Doosan Skoda Power. Skoda entered the vehicle industry in early 1890s and launched its bicycles. The Skoda factory was founded in 1896. The brothers started a bicycle repair shop in 1896 and bought a company “Werner Motocyclette” and launched their first motorcycle in 1898.
They launched a safer motorcycle named Slavia in 1899 and the company started manufacturing vehicles in 1905. After the WWI, the company started manufacturing trucks meanwhile the company “Akciová společnost, dříve Škodovy závody” means Skoda Works wanted to work in non-arms manufacturing area and acquired Laurin & Klement and renamed it to Skoda.
The slogan of Skoda is “Simply Clever”.
The first Skoda was designed by Tomáš Maglič.
