Melkus: Logo Meaning, Evolution, SVG, PNG and Company Overview

Melkus was previously known as Melkus Sportswagen GmbH and Heinz Melkus KG. The company was started in 1959 by Heinz Melkus. The company was closed in 2012. Melkus manufactured single-seated sports and racing cars. Its headquarters was in Dresden. Heinz was a race driver himself. The company started in 1959 and was first closed in 1986, it was again revived in 2009 and was finally closed in 2012.

Since this year, no activity was seen in the company. Initially, the company utilized Trabant’s and Wartburg’s car engine and other components.  These cars competed in Formula Ford, Formula Junior, and Formula 3 racing. From 2009 to 2012,  the company used engines and car components of Volkswagen and Toyota.
